EXCLUSIVE ON-SET PHOTO’S from the new film ‘BENEATH’; Mackenzie Rosman has now wrapped filming on her brand new thriller flick, ‘Beneath’ and recently released photo’s have surfaced from the film set, shooting began in the Naugatuck State Forest of the Beacon Falls/Oxford area of Connecticut, US back at the end of July this year (2012), and the movie wrapped filming last weekend, around the 2nd of September 2012. Fans can view on-set pictures that I’ve posted up into the photo galleria, in the photo’s you will see a lot of props, awesome make-up work done for effects, and the beautiful lake scenery of where the movie was filmed. You’ll also see a pontoon in the middle of the lake where most of the lake scenes were shot, in some of the candids you can see Mack preparing to go through her scenes. There is also a nice cast photo from Daniel Zovatto who plays the lead role in the new thriller. I will have plenty more on-set photo’s to come at a later date, be sure to check those out! ‘Beneath’ will be released in the Spring of 2013 & air on the Chiller Tv network, make sure you check it out when it premieres. EXCLUSIVE NEW FILM, ‘BENEATH’; Mackenzie Rosman has been pretty busy lately, by being an awesome actress! And I’ll tell you why… Mack has recently spent the last two and a half weeks filming scenes in a lake, inside the Naugatuck State Forest in the Beacon Falls/Oxford area of Connecticut, US, ALL for her brand NEW movie! In which Mack will play (I can now officially announce this), the role of Deb Vorheese. The film is titled ‘Beneath’ and is directed by Larry Fessenden, who the New York Times once described as ‘the modern day Roger Corman’. Writers Tony Daniel and Brian D. Smith penned the project, which will also star Daniel Zovatto in the lead role. The film is set to air in 2013 in the USA, hopefully around October 30th, perfect timing for Halloween, this airing will occur on a television channel called Chiller, which is owned by NBC Universal and is devoted to all things creepy. It may also be wide released into theatres, depending on the success. Larry has already announced (with Fangoria), that it will be screened at festivals. The movie is the first feature-length project that Larry has worked on since his film ‘The Last Winter’, back in 2006. Not only can I tell you that this film is a horror/thriller, but I can also reveal the plotline summary to you right now and show you guys some on-set candid photo’s. Margolis plays Mr. Parks, a hardened local authority on the lake’s murky history.”

The movie will also star Mark Margolis as Mr Parks, Bonnie Dennison as Kitty, Griffin Newman as Zeke and newcomer Daniel Zovatto as Johnny. Filming in Oxford, Connecticut started at the beginning of August. Larry Fessenden is known for his films ‘Wendigo‘, ‘Last Winter‘ and ‘Habit‘. Larry has also directed an episode of NCIS. The film Beneath will be released through Larry’s own production company, Glass Eye Pictures. Here is the link to the IMDB profile here. EXCLUSIVE ‘BLOOD CURE’ INFO; Mackenzie Rosman fans can now read a plot summary of her new film ‘Blood Cure’. It’s pretty interesting and explains a lot more about the character that Mack will be playing. As fans will know, this is the first film that Mack will portray a lead role in. It’s very exciting! We can’t wait for the first trailer to be released at a later date, that will only happen once the crew have locked picture on the movie. For Mackenzie Rosman fans that are looking forward to learning more about the ‘Blood Cure’ film, they can now read the synopsis here:

“After an unforeseen and violent affliction turns her world upside down, Rowena Hambleton struggles to survive night-to-night as she prowls the streets of Los Angeles. If there is a cure for what ails her, Rowena has yet to find it.”

That description will also be posted onto the film’s IMDB profile page soon. By reading that, you’ll also notice that Macks character’s full name in the film is Rowena Hambleton. In other news on ‘Blood Cure’, the title name ‘Blood Cure’ is actually only a temporary name and there will be an official title name of the film announced at a later date. They’re aiming to lock picture by the end of August but that depends on how progress with all of the above goes. BRAND NEW, EXCLUSIVE PHOTO’S! Fans; I have a real treat for you in this update! Posted up underneath this entry is six brand new pictures, specifically for this site and for you guys to see! Blood Cure news; I recently heard from the director Alain (of this brand new film that Mack is starring in with a lead role of Rowena), and hopefully sometime this month of June, they’ll have a locked picture. Once there is a locked picture, then that’s when there will be a teaser/trailer clip released and available for fans/public to see! Some actors were able to oversee a few of their own scenes a few weeks ago, so if everything with post-production goes well and as it should, there could be a locked picture sometime within this month! It’s very exciting and fun to look forward to! It’s even more exciting for Mack fans as Mack has a LEAD role in this movie!
