RELEASE DATE, NEW PHOTOS & THE FANS: - 22ND MAY 2008 The official release date for the much-anticipated film Proud American has recently been announced and I'll be posting it in this blog. The movie is Mackenzie Rosman's first project since the finale of the hit family tv series, 7th Heaven. Mack plays the role of Bree whose a mean high school student, and gives a newly migrated student a very rough time settling into her new school. It's a very different kind of role for Mack to portray, Proud American is a Fred Ashman film and Mack had filmed her scenes in San Diego. The official release date, nationally for the US, is Friday, September 12th 2008! It will be opened in CineMark Theaters including some selected IMAX Theaters. Another important thing, to the fans; if you are desperate to see the Proud American film, simply contact your own local theaters and cinema's to request the film to be screened. You can do that by emailing them the link to the official website of the movie, visiting them or phoning them to request it. If all worldwide fans do this, we have a better chance of seeing the film in our own local cinema. Due to that; the international release dates will be later than the US date release, and those dates are yet to be announced. Keep visiting this site to find out when they're, I'll update them as they are released. New photo's; a couple of new photos have been added to the photo galleria. One is a new candid of Mack & her friends at the Nascar Racing Show and the other is of Mack standing on snow with a scarf, the picture was taken when she was apparently in the East Coast. More information will be posted about the Proud American film in the next entry update, including official still promo's of the movie coming soon to the site! PROUD AMERICAN STILLS & FILM SECTION, MORE AVATARS: - 28TH APRIL 2008 Cool news; I've just added up 14 screen capture stills from the movie Proud American, up to the photo galleria and they're all pretty cool. In other cool news; I've also developed and created a film section for Proud American at the filmography area, so be sure to check that out! I'm currently working on having a promo clip for the film and I'll be working on that in the coming days so keep an eye out for that as well. The recently added screen capture stills from the film Proud American will show Mack in her role as Bree, whose a mean girl student at a school where a newly migrated girl, named Dawn Trang, has began attending after coming from Vietnam. Bree and her friends can be seen giving Dawn a very tough time for settling in. The film will be released in September 2008 at film theatres and some selected IMAX theatres. Onto the avatars; I'll be making some more this week and adding them to the photo galleria as well as the message board, so be sure to check them out when their ready! Going onto the current news of the situation; fortunately I was able to send that second message to Mack and ofcourse now I'm just waiting for a reply from her. I'll ofcourse keep you all updated. NEW AVATARS & UPDATES TO THE FILMOGRAPHY: - 21ST APRIL 2008 A large bunch of new avatars have been made in the size 100x100 for the message board. Fans can click 'save as' on them to save them to their computers, and use them on the message board. Just copy the URL of the avatar you like and paste it into your 'avatar icon' section box that is in your profile. You must select to edit your profile first and then it will be there. If you need any help, email me here and I can reply with some assistance. If you're not a member of the forum yet, be sure to join the message board as it is free and it's fun! I have also added all of the new avatars up to the photo galleria, so be sure to go there to check all of them out. I will be making further new avatars and they'll be included soon. Going onto the filmography; I've been slowly working on upgrading the filmography section by creating one seperate section for each film, and I have included mini screen caps to introduce the films as well. There is still a few more films to do a section for, but that is currently being worked on so be sure to keep visiting that area of the site for new updates. Now for an update on whats going on; I was recently able to write a message to the real Mack and am now currently waiting to hear back from her. Hopefully there will be a reply. UPDATE ON WHATS GOING ON: - 9TH APRIL 2008 Little Update: I found 131 profiles of Mack on Myspace, and I highly doubt any of them are really hers. I warn fans to be careful of imposters once again. I notified Myspace of all the profiles with their related URLs... and they're currently deciding what they're going to do about it. I am waiting on a reply again from them. Ofcourse I will keep you all updated on that. I'm actually currently waiting on a couple of replies from various places to sort it all out. With imposters; don't be fooled by them, they're not worth it. And not any of the fans here that have visited this site for 7+ yrs need any disrespect from anyone or to be lied to. Unfortunately, right now I feel as though the owner of that fan-myspace was possibly an imposter. Either all along, or it got hacked and then it was an imposter. Until I have accurate information I won't be posting any news, or new content. Atleast not until I receive replies. I will ofcourse update whenever any new information is found or received, however for now we will have to wait and see what comes about. I know we have waited a while already but that is just the way it is at the moment. INVESTIGATION, ARCHIVES, NEW PHOTOS, MORE FAN MEMBERS: - 2ND APRIL 2008 The investigation is still underway. It might be one or two weeks before we find any result. Myspace Admins & myself are working together, so I'll definitely keep you all up-to-date on how that goes & I warn fans to be careful incase they're dealing with an imposter. I'll update if anything else comes up in the situation. Onto the archives; you'll notice that I have put January, February & March's entries into the archives and I'm starting afresh for April. I've left one entry from March up because it explains a few things that are still on-going such as the investigation on the fan myspace and other things. Now going onto better things; there is a new photo up on the photo galleria of Mack, Jano and their friend at a Nascar Racing Event. All decked out in their cool hats, they look like they had a great time there! I hope to be adding up some new photos again soon, so be sure to keep checking the photo galleria. Now going onto the site updates; the top affiliates has now been titled 'the elite'.
